3rd Banstead Scout Group and Banstead Downs Golf Club are pleased to announce that they have agreed terms for a new lease. The lease has been signed and completed, and will run to December 2033.
Agreeing the new lease represents a significant compromise by both parties, achieved through detailed discussions against a sometimes difficult background of local interest and concern.
The Golf Club and Scouts have also agreed to seek a new practical relationship beyond that of landlord and tenant to the mutual benefit of our respective young people.
